Glitters & Dusts

Decorating dusts stick well to fondant and gum paste and can even be used on buttercream! They can be used to add a hint of color and glittery highlight to frostings and icings. Dusts can also be used on chocolates and melting wafers. Use it dry, mix it with other colors, or brush it on with alcohol-based liquids like flavored extracts or clear liquors like vodka. Make life sweeter and your desserts shimmer with the design!

When selecting a dust, you must be careful, as not all dusts are created equal. Please read product descriptions carefully. Depending on the brand and type of dust, it may be for decorative use only.

EDIBLE DUSTS:
In general, these dusts are considered NON-TOXIC and/or FDA approved.

NON-EDIBLE DUSTS:
In general, these dusts contain ingredients that are considered unsafe for human consumption,

but are typically ok to be used on decorations such as gumpaste that are removed prior to consuming the product it comes in contact with.
