About The Whimsical Whisk

My name is Sandy and I’m the owner of  The Whimsical Whisk LLC!

You may recognize me from my days working at Marlene’s Shoppe on Wisconsin Ave. in Appleton, Wisconsin, which sadly closed in March 2021. During my 4 years running that little store, I discovered a wonderful community of bakers and found a passion for supporting local, small business bakers.

When Marlene’s closed, I felt called to fill the hole that such a staple in our community left behind and hence, The Whimsical Whisk LLC was born!

• I’m currently selling exclusively online through my website www.thewhimsicalwhisk.com.
• I operate out of my home in Appleton/Town of Harrison.
• I sell high-quality, on trend and hard to find bakeware and decorating supplies for beginners to professional bakers.
• I offer options for FREE local pickup and delivery (just ask!). It’s hard to compete with online shopping like Amazon, but I can often offer same day pickup/delivery if you’re nearby!
• I do public & private, in-home/on location cookie, cake, and cupcake decorating classes and events.
• As previously mentioned, I have a passion for supporting local, small business bakers and so I formed a very active Facebook group to encourage #shopsmall & #shoplocal. Please consider joining!
